Insects/Pests​
$125 and includes the careful visual examination of all accessible areas of a building and the sounding of accessible structural members.
Radon Testing​
$100 in Waynesville, $125 if included in your home inspection and $150 if a singular service. This fee includes travel, setting up the unit, leaving the unit for 48 hours, and traveling back for pickup.
