Hi there! My name is Ellyse Amelia Trethric and I am a licensed home inspector living in Waynesville, NC who is passionate about treating every home as my own. I have found that it truly takes a certain eye to discern what is a worry and what is not, and that's why I'm here.

For every 20th Inspection I also donate $250 to the local Mighty Gnome Market Garden which goes to feeding the underserved in our community.

My hobbies are farming, hiking, cooking, painting, ceramics, and having a nice cup of tea with a good book on a snowy day.
